Message: Re: The cost of being a "dissident"

Qbert, Glorieux like all of us is not perfect. However I do have faith that Glorieux will do a solid job representing the retail sector holding Zen shares. Glorieux is well connected with the retail group of Zen shareholders. Like all of us Glorieux understands that the Albany deposit is a treasure trove, only needed to be unlocked with a well thought out business and financing approach.

One other person seeking a board position is Eric Wallman. I have had the pleasure of chatting with Eric. He is an excellent numbers guy that fits in with his job as a CFO of a fairly large food manufacturer. As a bonus Eric is also a Chartered Accountant. The third name mentioned for the BOD is Brian Bosse. Mr. Bosse has spent years in the market and is closely connected with the Goodman family (Dundee). Mr. Bosse will bring vast market experience with the abilty to tap into the financial market.

One other name rarely mentioned is that of Brett Richards. Mr. Richards was appointed the COB of Zenyatta and for some mysterious reason was replaced as the COB but remains on the BOD. I think Mr. Richards could be the light at the end of the tunnel for Zen shareholders. Richards has a long and quite successful resume in the mining sector, not only here in Canada, but also in Africa currently CEO of Midnight Sun Mining which is a Cobalt/Copper discovery, but also serious mining experience in South America, Asia, and the USA. Mr. Richards also has experience as a Mergers and Aquisition specialist.

Qbert, you mentioned how costly it could be for the group of dissidents to arrange a "special" shareholders meeting and put in place a new BOD for Zenyatta. When Fluffy was involved with attempting to arrange a special shareholder meeting the legal costs alone were around $55K-60K, and that was a few years ago. It is unfortunate that we as shareholders have to take these steps, but if we do not move forward toward a proper business plan, with directors who have prior business, fund raising experience, and mining experience, Zenyatta will continue on the road to nowhere. Cheers, Fluffy the Cat.
