Steak, in the past negotiations (a fews ago) that the Cat was involved in, when meetings took place between the dissident group and the BOD no secret inside information was divulged during conversations. The conversations generally centered around seats on the board of directors, staffing issuses, financial situations. Also discussed was the then BOD's business and planning ideas for the future. Keep in mind that was a different company with different issues. I have no idea if a proposed meeting took place if it could be broadcast as it was taking place. The initial meeting is generally a "feeling out" meeting to see if both sides have anything in common that they can agree on. 

Steak as far as timelines for the meeting taking place it is now in the hands of the current Zen BOD to make that call. Just keep in mind that "timelines" have never been AE's forte.  Cheers, Fluffy the Cat
