So I would assume since ZEN responded to the dissidents request for a meeting that the dissedents have their ducks in row per Fluffy's informational blog on the subject.  So would the dissidents attending the meeting have to sign a NDA before the meeting starts?  Could the meeting be broadcast to all stockholders so we can hear what is said?  Including asking quesions?

A question for the Cat - what time frame usually takes place now since ZEN has acknowleged the request for a meeting?
