I believe KBC pointed this out before.

"The status of these OTC stocks can change as they comply with the reporting requirement rule"

It would seem that ZCC ( Don ) is not complying with the "reporting requirement rule" perhaps to discourage trading of "ZHCLF".

Does anyone have a different opinion of this subject?
