CM - I assume that you bought shares in a PP back in 2014 as $1.00 is what the PPs went for back then. Saying that you bought them directly means that to me also. The Zenith shares didn't trade anywhere until, I believe last year and a look at their chart agrees with that. Their symbol is ZHCLF on the OTC.

I have looked on a few sites and can't get ZENE to give me any stocks. I sort of remember seeing that in the past but I think (just my opinion) it might have just been a space holder. Just something the institution filled in to a field in their system that wanted something put there. It seems that it might have come from Zenith Epigenetics rather than Zenith Capital by looking at the letters they used. All of my accounts now say ZHCLF. It is maybe that your institution just hasn't recognized the OTC symbol or it is just an oversight to change it since they started to trade. You are correct that they are all Zenith Capital Corp. if you received proxies for them all. You can just accept this until they start to trade on a more recognizable exchange or contact your institution about a correction to the proper symbol. Just my take on it!

You had trouble transferring into your TFSA because there is supposed to be a market value to make the transfer at but they had not traded yet to set a market value.
