There is no doubt in my mind that legal expenses have been the single biggest financial drain on this company. Much of the dilution we've all experienced has been in an effort to fund this activity.

I try to take a positive from this ( believe it or not). That positive is simply that many new PP investors seen fit to invest in spite of this litigation which to my way of thinking reinforces the notion that the suit is without merit.
