Cubbs,

The share price is a function of the market. Any single opinion including yours or mine have absolutley no impact on same. Furthermore from what i understand this is not a widely held equity. There is a lot that needs to happen before this thing takes off ( at least from a share price perspective).

First and foremost is the generation of real revenues from a real product sold to real people that pay real money and are enjoying real savings and breathing cleaner air. We've started that process and are ahead of the competition.

As for your reference to legal fees i fail to see the point you are making. There are many companies that have been adversely impacted by frivoulous lawsuits. DYA won't be the last. The timing was most inopportune however, but that was probably well thought out on the part of the plaintiff. Having said that though..... it remains important to note that to the best of my knowledge DYA has the working machine while the others don't. I've always felt that the patents in questions were not worth the paper they were written on.

Any opinions I may have on the CEO are mine and mine alone. I would never share them in a public forum. I can say that i have not always agreed with management decisions but so be it.

The continued reference to the $8.00 shareholder is IMHO without merit. To be an $8.00 shareholder today, one would have had to have purchased shares only at $8.00. NOw if that was the only investment they made in DYA and they are still holding then I would also suggest that they are not as worked up about the matter as you seem to be.

If there are $8.00 shareholders and based on your own posts about your shareholdings you are not one, then why is it that we do not see more posts from them?

For their shirt to be lost, it means they sold at a loss and consequently they are no longer shareholders so another way of answering your question is I don't care and can't because they made a decision to sell and are no longer involved in any way.

If they've averaged down..... well i commend them for their fortitude. I hope this will pay off eventually for them too.

I truly think its important that we all put the past behind us and focus on the future. We have an opportunity here to really participate in what should be an "excellent adventure".

Unfortunately for some they've lost the ability to look at their glass as being half full. Or at least they can't seem to find it within themselves to let go once and for all stay optomistic long enough to make it a habit.

Each and everyone of us ( shareholders that is) should get out into the marketplace and tell folks that could or should have an interest in this technology and speak of it in terms that will get them excited.

Stop sitting on the sidelines and taking potshots at the company because the share price isn't what you would like it to be. Get out there and help them make something positive happen!

Sooner or later the market will catch on.
