"Why not just sell the shares on the open market?"

I can't think of a better way to depress the pps faster.  The institutional investor is not looking to sell the shares anytime soon.  EDIG could use more institutional positions imo. Also, EDIG can sell a large amount at a specified price without effecting the pps at all, should they require immediate funding.

The pps has been "rock solid" because few are liquidating at these levels in anticipation of patent and eVU news.. The float should remain the same with this institutional investor.
