I hear ya, but I saw nothing in the PR or on Edgar regarding any prohibitions against Fusion selling whenever. Undoubtedly Fusion has noted our rock-solid PPS base and their immediate 33% profit. Risk/reward was acceptable. Note the one prohibition: Fusion is not obligated to buy more shares if the PPS dips to 8 cents. THAT, I believe, may have the effect of suggesting that Fusion not dump. It also puts EDIG in a world of hurt IF we should be so unfortunate, as this funding source would immediately dry up.
But, to support your argument, we think we KNOW that EDIG has actually sold $1M worth of eVUs (gross), and that some other airline has 'em in trials. Also there's apparently something is going on in healthcare. So hopefully you are correct in your initial assessment, and this deal bodes much better than my initial take (my take is re: the short term).
Okay, now I'll STFU!
BTW, and probably to some's dismay (in light of my posts on this, and re: the trial), I expect my IWON check tomorrow and will be posturing for a buy here, on the dip that I anticipate. So, yeah, I still have the long, optimistic view!
