7.when i took the eVU out of  the box,i noticed that an orange triangular sticker had been placed on the player.This sticker generally used to point to the area on the digEplayer 5500 that is experiencing problem and in need of repair.based on this , I believrd that ALITALIA  had confused the eVU  with the digEplayer and sent it to digEcor so that digEcor would repar it.
