You  ,I  love  to  hear  those  good  exacutions , I  put  my  father  in  at .09  and  did  sell  some  of  his  at  16. , That  is  my  point  by  the  way , Penny  stocks  have  the  risk , But  on  the  other  side  wild  up  side  runs  can  occur  , as  we  have  seen , History  can  repeat  itself  Maybe  not  to  24.  but  why  not  3  4  5  6  or  so 

As  with  the  PTSC  divy , It  gave  back  to  the  shareholder  a  token , Which  was  thousands  of  dollars  to  me , To  buy  more  EDIG , My  choice

AS for your  2  for 1  spit  Take  the  total  authorized  #  of  shares      The   Shares  outstanding , the  warrants  when  exercised  will  add  to  the  #  outstanding The  fusion  possible  #   and  i  don't  think  it's  even  possible  without  going  to  the  shareholder  vote .
