If e.Digital has success with its litigation approach while, at the same time, increasing the stability and visibility of its current and future EVU efforts, the share price of this stock should far eclipse that of PTSC at some point.

Absolutely. 

Today, PTSC has a proven patent portfolio with ~17 license deals out of potentially hundreds, maybe thousands.  EDIG has 0 today, but they have an onging alternative revenue stream.  I like my chances long term with both.  However, EDIG has a higher upside should our sugar daddy be successful, IMO.  If one were to only value Wall Street perception, EDIG is the clear winner as PTSC has nothing going outside of the lawsuits and license deals.  I believe they will prevail and move upward, but anything can happen in courtroom. 

DM did their homework and would not sign on to fail.  Their reputation is on the line and that's worth far more than any one client after 100 years of practice.
