Estimate at least 100 hours per week coputes to $100k per week. We are at week 5-10, we don't know when the clock started, but probably before they announced the agreement.

We are at the $500k to 1 million already, and I agree this amount is only a start to the total we will incur.

A single battle could go on for a few months, even a year or more if it ends up in a trial.

Settlements are necessary, I believe, at least for the first 5-10 cases.
