As LL replied to me, there are many costs which could be involved that I had not considered (or even knew about) which could reasonably push upwards to the $1M mark or beyond. But you're both still talking in terms of $750/$1000 per hour which must be figured in as their 40% of any license or settlement. That is, they won't be taking 40% AND charging us for their time. Actual expenses are a seperate matter which come off the top before any split.
