He is in the middle of a "Hot" litigation, claiming he has a right to use digE Tech. in his XT model as per a tenuous NDA, and now he advertizes as follows;...

"...by gathering reverse engineering data from existing OEM samples."...

He in essence, admits digE technology is not his, and he wants to hire some one to reverse Engineer it, just in case he looses in the Federal Court...
