Frank you are absolutely correct.  There is a technical side based on material events, revenues, profits, growth targets, new business, IP patent portfolios, etc , and then there is the emotional side as the story gets out to new investors and speculators looking for the next wallstreet darling, trying to catch in on the upswing.

Penny stocks tend to move more on emotion, imo, than fundamentals, since it is the lack of fundamentals which makes them a penny stock.  However, when the time comes that the market senses fundamentals will follow then we see the mad dash to own it early.

We are on the cusp of something significant happening in the near term, imo, and with the new battery technology being showcased in a very high profile environment this week, the word should continue to get out on a multitude of new fronts.
