When it comes to electric vehicles....again it's about mountains of amps.

IMO...there is no way that anyone can control the syphon of power as it is consumed by an electric motor, other than a balanced draw down of a multi tiered battery system, which is still nothing more than a battery of a bigger source.

The burn is the motor....in e.Digitals case, the burn is the component set related to its video/audio process.

Think of e.Digitals process as a digital motor if you like.
