Ya - kinda felt dumb asking that, but IMHO if the units are running on a primarly flash based operating system wouldn't that speed up everything smacking at 'instant-on' like they're claiming these new flash OS pc will be.

It'd be give-n-take probably, and if not noticed in speed then the resulting positive factor would naturally fall towards less battery requirements n longer life.
