As to DM staying or not staying....the horse has been beat to death.

Everyone agrees they are likely to stay until there is a sufficient reason to abandon the project.

All we know is a single lawsuit has been filed and nothing more. Until we learn some new facts as to strategy, added lawsuits, responses by the infringers, etc., it is meaningless to speculate further on this subject.

We patiently wait for company communication regarding IFE or other market segments being explored, so why not wait for new inputs from the company on any lawsuit progress or new lawsuits/responses which is being monitored by Silversurfer.

Both the courts and Congress continue to debate changes which may have an impact on our patent litigation, we may as well wait for the results and then discuss the pros and cons, or how DM will roll the dice.
