.... not to mention if a patent won't be worth the paper it's printed on, what will that do for Joe Inventor and INNOVATION in this country....?

I hate to get political, but this congress / senate is trying to re-write the rules that have existed for a long time... to help their big busine$$ friend$ and donor$ that have infringed on patents all around and now that patent infringement cases are sprouting up for those who clearly are harmed... many with valid claims... those in DC feel they need to re-write history and the laws to take care of their donor$$$.
