As to future licenses, I suggest Dm will have enough information concerning the future market to seek a reasonable agreement on an amount to add to the damages both current and past infringements.
As has been stated, it's to our advantage to a single settlement covering each element of the lawsuit, since an innovative approach could obsolete our technology in the future and result in minimal fees.
