Degicor, IMS, etc. may make gadgets and sell them for the time being, but the power of MOS is in its ability to innovate, and it has proved it time and again...

People here sometimes amaze me by comments regarding DM and how they are so slow in producing results...

DM are no money grabbing fools seeking a quick fix cash from a law suit. They spent over a year before signing on. You can bet they spent tens of thousand in technical expert evaluation before they signed their contingency fee agreement. They knew, by the time they signed on, that this was one of the biggest piggy banks that fell into their lap. And you can be rest assured they will not sell it short. Any recovery from VIVITAR will be covering the "expenses" they have to front in getting all that they can from the likes of Apple, Samsung, Sony, TI, Intel, and everyone else who has made money in the FLASH markets...
