mil how appropriate - speaks right to the heart of the debate - do they not tell us quantities because they are embarrassingly low or insignificant?  Is RP trying to exaggerate by subtlety and innuendo? 

Or is edig simply signing more customers, increasing and solidifying the customer base, but keeping numbes close to the vest.
