I disagree whole heartedly. I believe the litigation can in fact come to head sooner rather than later . Didnt one of the presiding judges suggest his court will not tolerate delays and will expedite the proceedings. Also ,while a win is not guaranteed, it will provide edig for necessary capital to continue to innovate and produce product. Right now the product sales have kept edig alive and it appears will continue to do so . There have already been some big names and in my opinion bigger names are coming. The bigger the better . The longer they have infringed the better . the cockier they are the better as a jury pool or judge will punish them more steeply monetarily :-)
