You know that, I know that, and Bow knows that. But, like you said, his complaint has the kitchen sing thrown in also, and the Judge has to address it, one way or the other...

The judge figured if he took the IP issue off the table, via his Rulings on the Motions filed by the parties, Bow would get the message and disappear.

Unfortunately, BOW decided to be vindictive. All his options are played out, and he has nowhere to go but to resign and save his company some face...

I suspect though, this will go to the end...
