If he thinks he can go after EDIG's IP then why doesn't he just spend (invest) the money he is wasting on his lawyers and buy some EDIG stock, drop the frivolous case and get over it?
He seems to think the IP is worth some money... IMO his current strategy is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
