The way I look at it is that Wencor is of no consequence until January of next year...if it goes that far.

By then we should have the first half of fiscal '09 in the books with projections for fiscal Q3, an annual shareholders meeting in the books, a better handle on where the embedded eVU is headed and a lot more information with rspect to the Vivitar suit and the list of infringers that follow.

But we can fester over that jerk BOW if it helps pass the time....it certainly is out of our hands and a non-event until January '09.

What's up next are continuing eVU sales, new product development and the golden ring, billion dollar infringers on the firing line.

I don't sweat the Wencor situation. It appears already factored into the share price as the FUD it creates, while news is scarce, takes its toll on the PPS.

It's William Blakeley's job to reset investor focus, and on that front there is need for improvement...but his style is to deliver quietly, which I respect....I suspect DM kicking ass will change that approach dramtically.
