I agree with you on all counts, except maybe this one ...

that are promising, there have been customers asking for EVUS in other areas for several years. EDIG cannot support that business because they have all their time, energy and money tied up in a lawsuit of their own creation with BOW and with trying to chase a steadily worsening IFE model.

I wonder if that is not a product of the same pie-in-the-sky wishful thinking and hoping that Sunpoop has developed into a fine art.

I fear the other business has not developed because it has not developed. They took their shot at it, we saw some false starts like that DVR manufacturer, and we've got nothing to show for it. Maybe management values their tech too much and price themselves out of a place in the market. Just speculating, I don't know why they get nowhere, but ... they get nowhere.
