Ah, my favorite "downer" has stepped into the fray with his optimism fully flushed down the drain. I sometimes wonder why people like you, and Heybrad, still hang around and pay any attention whatsoever to what transpires here and with a company you purport to wish well. I would think you have better things to do with your time than lower yourself to speak with and interact with us woefully misguided supporters of an investment WE think will succeed.

Your's? 100% negative with no facts even to disbelieve, or a person who I trust, who I don't believe has ever flat out lied to me but who I know dances around what he can say to protect the company he works for, giving indications, hints, clues, of what is transpiring at that company but who is unable to be forthright to his loyal shareholders.

Do you remember in the past when news was publisized to us the phone calls to EDig's clients about that news, that those clients took umbrage with being bothered and EDig lost business as a result of it. That is one of the major reasons anything BEFORE the fact is not released to us. One of our enterprising shareholders would call Southwest, (ie) and wish to knowall the details of their business arrangement with EDig. Not good. That is why we get "stock" answers....that is why we are told only enough to not hurt the company when a shareholder broadcast private information to the world that could be disadvantageous to EDig but advantageous to a business rival. That is why business information is hinted at because if told to one then it would have to be told to all, so therefore it is not told to anyone.

You have stated I listened to RP's "swill". I do believe his "swill" has proven to be accurate these past few years. Who was it that told us about Mezzo, indirectly at first then directly.....You????? About a "major" airline, YOU??? About having he best year ever in the history of EDig....YOU??? All these, AND MANY MORE, "tidbits", of information were given to us by RP's "swill" well before they became facts. I guess we shouldn't have believed them....huh??? Since the Will Blakely days commenced we have been information, via RP's "swill" that has been true and accurate....I guess we are not supposed to believe anything said from RP anymore.....ACCORDING TO YOU.....You are the grand "guru" of what is true now and definitely WHAT WILL BE TRUE IN THE FUTURE....

I understand you are a lawyer.....You have finally made me realize why I don't like lawyers......Any lawyer worth his salt would know it is common to "judge shop".....I guess you were never "worth your salt". DM controls 95% of what is transpiring...DM accepted the "outside" limits on the Markman hearing only for one reason....It wanted the venue and Judge it felt would be most advantageous for its purpose. There was no thought this time frame would continue to its fruition but expectations are for a much shorter conclusion. These are facts as I know them.

Of course....NOT EVIDENCE.....what evidence do you wish? A fax from DM specifically outlining its plan of action sent you?? Would you believe that? You are so negative I think you would question that.

There have been "contacts" by EDig in areas other than IFE business. These contacts are past the conversation stage. No business yet but I am sure you said it was "swill" when Mr. Blakely stated we were in negotiations with a "major Europeon airline" I can imagine your apoletic fit when that one came true.

Whether either of you would like to admit, the BOW fiasco has damaged EDig's business greatly. It has hampered EDig in contacting prospective clients and has had troublesome results with present clients.

Did it ever occur to you geniuses why there has been absolutely no news or even a PR release of any kind from EDig since the announcements of the new airline clients in Europe?

BOW started his suit against EDig in an attempt to gain EDig's IP which he felt was his from the APS. He realized he did not own it and couldn't get it so the suit morphed into other areas, the main one now being harassment of EDig, causing as much trouble and expense with the hopes EDig will fold, cry uncle, or better yet, CRY LAWYERLONG.

The minute the news of those airlines were announced they were supeoned for every bit of information they had about their relationship with EDig. Just what might have been the reaction of those airlines about EDig when hit with those legalities. It has been reported here (NOT BY ME) that BOW actively attempts to destroy any relationship EDig has with a client by informing them "EDig is going bankrupt", "EDig is being sued for using our product so when we win the suit you will owe us"....anything he can to cause doubt.

BOW is asserting that all the business EDig is doing now, even with its new product the eVu, belongs to BOW, therefore it wants to know all the designs, prices, timing, business contacts...etc.

It is making EDig answer. You as an attorney?? and shareholder know EDig is not flush with cash. It is a heavy burden coming from its own checkbook, not DM's. It will not be put into a situation where it has to continually defend itself against the "sh*t" thrown against the wall by BOW so it is announcing NOTHING.

There has been business done this past quarter. Any annoucement of that business would provoke an immediate response for informtion about that business from your chubby fried BOW. Of course it has to be released in the upcoming reports but no advantage is being given BOW.

BOW has hurt EDig greatly. When January comes and EDig prevails, even though I am sure you will question that, then the 800 pound gorilla will be lifted from EDig's back. Of course there will be appeals by BOW, but after he loses the entire atmosphere of EDig freely doing business wherever they choose will be cleared.

I await your negative response with all denegrating of the "swill" we were given that seems to have true.....GOLLY GEE can you believe that.

Seems to me we have come long, long way pre Will Blakely, we are actually make some pretty good money which we never have....AND PRE-REPORTED TO US BY A CERTAIN PARTIES "SWILL"
