Does any business or new business Have to be announced the minute it is concluded? I don't believe so. Depending on the stage of the business it has to be announced at a SHM. Ie..if its signed sealed and delivered. I don't believe if its still in negotiation that it has to be... Must admit however, I am not up on that subject enough to call myself well versed.
