This goes to show DM's view of the current state of patent litigation.
Considering other DM perspectives we have seen posted regarding the fact that they don't take a case unless they have a 75% consensus that they will be sucessful, and considering Woody Jameson's analysis is of the patent market just as or just before they began evaluating EDIG's Flash Memory Patent Portfolio,(2006) I'd say EDIG's chances are looking pretty good for some sort of settlment action against numerous infringers.
