Yes this is quite true ,. A lot of people have to see the path before they're willing go forward !

When i first saw the may 2010 date i was kinda shocked , although i truley beleive we'll see some settlements way before then , Based on Woody's experience 19 settled out of 23 that he tried that's near 80% settle before trial , Thats good enough for me .

We all want it soon but the truth is if it takes a little longer it,s ok , the class is half FULL , It's more time to average down further !!!
