The same thought process has wondered through my mind several times. If an offer came in right now without any resolution to the patent lawsuits, what offer would I accept as reasonable for the company and it's shareholders.

On the other hand, once a settlement happens, if we win, then the ball game changes and several scenarios could be developed based on the imput from DM as to the probabilities for the cases they feel positive about.
