Intel, Nokia, STMicro Sued Over Flash Memory Patents

Portfolio Media, New York (June 13, 2008)--Intel Corp., Nokia Corp. and five other semiconductor and telecommunications companies have been hit with a lawsuit alleging that they willfully infringed two patents covering flash memory chips widely used in cell phones.
