Specific questions related to the lawsuits, those presently filed and how many may be contemplated in the near future and over the next couple of years.

I have asked RP in two separate e-mails if a DM representative would be present and provide the shareholders will a progress update. I have not received any reply on the subject.

If DM is not present, I don't anticipate any meaningful information, other than we "expect, soon, etc." coming from management.
