· If moderately successful in fiscal 2009, what is the revenue projection?

· What is our current monthly cash burn rate? What measures are you taking to cut expenses, if any?

· Based on the current public legal mess with Wencor, have we lost potential biz due to the law suit? Based on what is known today, when will this suit end? Projected outlook? Do we have insurance for any possible lose? How much?

· Do we have any reason to expect a settlement from any defendant in calendar 2008? 2009?
