Sure, that could happen...I'm not expecting it though. Both parties drafted a lengthy 23-page protective order on 29 August and which was agreed to by the Court yesterday. Seems like a lot of work by both parties if a settlement was to be announced 7 days from now. Unless it is a garden variety, off-the-shelf protective order that they just printed out.
