What did Syntax pay for Vivitar?...26mil

What is the proposed infringement value.......?

Subtract one from the other....I see it as devalued

Or do you feel Saka is paying a 26 mil premium?

I'm not looking at it from the prospective of the public....the reason to buy is because of that, however, there's an intrinsic value.

If e.Digital puts their tech next to what ever Saka pays....the value is back to 26mil, at that point its up to the company as a stand alone to build a bottom line.
