My guess -- make that a WAG -- is the same thing that happened to that "P" company. The legal firms wanted time to leverage early settlements into multiple settlements.

We will find out via a Pacer doc, just not on our time line. For me, it really does not matter. One settlement, IMO, validates what we had been told for years. Now, it has paid off. We just do not know the Who or the How Much part.

I'm quite certain time will tell. Mid-Nov Q report will include the settlement dollars and the name will come out via court filings according to RP.
