Yep, that was kinda my point. You can rank legal eagles any way you want, but the bulk of the major firms with growing IP presence would do well.

It was interesting to me that DM has recently entered that "most visible" listing, but it was for the most recent month, Sept. 2008.

We don't know to what extent DM values their EDIG relationship, but if RP's comment about "hundreds of millions of dollars" is even close to what actually happens, DM will be very happy with the deal they cut and we will be playing golf at Torrey Pines.

All good, but those numbers may not be "soon." Of course, with my track record, it will happen on EDIG Thursday, October 9, 2008; but I won't be holding my breath. lol
