How big is big depends on your point of view and we do not know what DM knows. If the settlement turns out to be small in our view, it could mean that DM felt this to be advantageous in a more strategic way. Yes DM is in this for the money but they must also consider the long view. We also can't ignore the possibility of a first mover discount.

I take comfort in knowing that all parties must have been pleased with the settlement... else it would never have occurred. The amount is not overly important although I hope as much as anyone that it will beat most expectations. If the settlement is enough to help drive further settlements as well as future business, then it will be enough for me.

The long wait is almost over.
