With your scenario I doubt very much if there would be a round two. DM is on contingency....They are not in this to settle for 5 million from a Samsung of which 2 million would be theirs according to the agreement between EDig and DM. Out of that would be expenses they incurred which would certainly take a large bite out of that 2 million.

If I am DM I don't think I would go to all that effort for what's left over....
