Not for that quarter....in fact they had an operating profit. And if they lock in 2 to 3 more settlements before March 31, 2009 they might even have a profitable year...without anymore IFE contirbutions.
Another settlement in the same neighborhood as the LG settlement and EDIG will likely report another operating profit, back to back.
