LT is pushing a "nuisance value" only, without facts.

For nuisance, is it for one type device? Is it for audio only on one type device? Is the license for 774 only on any device?

774 was the presumed effort, IMO, the balance is detailed in cross licensing.

As to cross licensing of other assets of tech...if we use considered aspects of their tech, we pay for the privilege. For considerations of our other assets, other than 774, do they get free access on the cross licensing agreement? IMO, I don't think so.

As far as I'm concerned, there are two separate issues in the agreement, a one time license of a non recurring nature involving 774(audio)....and a cross licensing involving other issues.

Many unknowns and for now it's how we each interpret current communications.
