Can't wait to see which PR breaks next...settlement #3 or the next infringers to be named.

It wasn't that long ago that while some were trying to keep expections low by saying we would have to wait until 2010 for events to unfold, while many others were stating that we could wake up any day to NEWS of infringers coming to the table...and it came to pass.

And while all settlements are significant as far as I am concerned, it can be any day that we get a settlement that is a multiple of what we have seen so far....depending on product mix and units sold to date.

Only two down...and over 198 to go !!!

Funny how some see a business model that projects out revenue streams for years, with fat margins, as not a good plan.

EDIG just demonstrated a loss attributable to common stockholders of only $72,000 or $(0.00) per share for Q2 2009 based on only one settlement, which was a BIG improvement over the previous years Q2, and they will likely show a quarterly profit if two settlements are completed at current levels this quarter.
