Per EDIG's initial request, the Court has rescheduled the lawsuit for 13 Apr 2009 unless of course a settlement can be reached before then. This gives EDIG engineers/PN time to review all the documents they've requested from the recent flurry of subpoenas they've issued (i.e., Triad, Wolf, DeCuir, etc).
