In my view after several years of involving into legal mess with staggering expenses now accepting for mediation process telling us one way or the other he is trying to get out of this mess and come into agreement .He has to commit himselef to somekind of agreement for this mediation session ,othewise he and his counsel are so stupid to waste judges time.
