In the last 50 post I read, someone commented about modular audio considerations and moving to video format and differences.
I gave my thoughts in regard to it, however it did not post to the forum.
First off, as far as a difference in format, there is no difference, the video moves in the same fashion as the audio as far as e.Digital is concerned.
In any even, I have been thinking about the video vs audio situation and why a Markman ruling may have to happen to get full rights to video seeing that our patents are for audio.
Video alone(as most relate) is a combination of audio and video. My thought is, could we have an argument in busting up a video process ?
IMO, there could be a wedge driven between the two and the scope of audio alone broadens.
IMO, a Markman would give us full benefits....but for now we drive the wedge.
