You ask the question:...

And then you proceed to ANSWER it by saying what follows:...
"Keep in mind, there is an audio in this video process being executed....might we have a case regarding the audio when the flash is removed stopping its execution, no matter what the signal order is between the two?"...
So, as I undestand the "splitting of Hairs" with repect to whether the files are stored in a "Basket file" together homogeniously, or non-homogeniously as done by EDIG, is no more than an excercise in sophistry. As Nannully has said if you take a flash card out and the widget does not work, (for example my celll phone that takes movies with sound recorded together with the picture on an 8 GB SD Flash card), then you are infringing on EDIG Patents.
