Since the info is discernable via the 10Q, it is silly, imo, to play this game of "hide the settlement". Certainly if EDIGgers can ferret out the info, so can the other infringers.

Blakeley is perhaps, too understated. Afterall, the IP settlements are the real deal. If EDIG can't leverage that opportunity then they will continue to ride under the radar screen, and a lot of good that does the pps. Perhaps DM knows better than do I and there is a method to this understated madness.

As long as they continue the trend of delivering ahead of expectations, we should be in good shape in 2009.
